Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be women and members of an SHG under NRLM.
- Minimum educational qualification is Graduation in any discipline, preferably with a Commerce background.
- Candidates should have an aptitude for Mathematics and Business Understanding.
- Must be willing to work for at least 15 days per month outside their village.
- Applicants must be residents of Arambagh Development Block and should have a minimum residence period of 2 years in the block.
- Basic computer and smartphone operation skills are required.
- Basic Computer Course from a reputed institute is preferable.
- Age should be between 25 and 45 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in owning or working in an enterprise or experience as a community cadre/CBO leader.
Payment Structure
Selected BDSPs will receive a daily resource fee as per the applicable WBSRLM norms. The resource fee is up to Rs. 300 per day, subject to the work plan. Actual travel expenses will also be reimbursed as per the applicable rules. The working days of each BDSP will be a maximum of 24 days per month.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected BDSPs will work with SanghaSamabays, Upa-Sanghas and entrepreneurs. Their responsibilities include providing support for business development, analysing business potential, assisting with credit linkage, market and business linkages, entrepreneurship training and monitoring business performance.
They will also assist entrepreneurs with business plans, regulatory compliances such as Udyog Aadhaar, FSSAI, PAN and GST, government schemes, insurance and regular repayment of business loans. Reporting and documentation work related to OSF activities will also be part of the role. 2
Training
Selected BDSPs will undergo a complete or partial training programme before starting their work. Only candidates who obtain the Certificate of Completion from the training agency will be allowed to work under OSF-MC.

Selection Process
The selection process for Arambagh BMMU Recruitment 2026 will consist of several stages. The written examination will carry 30 marks and will contain 30 multiple-choice questions based on Class 10 level Mathematics and Logic. The Basic Computer and Smartphone Operation Skills practical test will carry 5 marks, while the Group Activity will carry 5 marks.
Candidates securing the required pass marks in the first two stages will be eligible for the Personal Interview, which will carry 10 marks. Therefore, the total marks for the selection process will be 50 marks.
