- Principal Cum Professor : 15 years’ experience with M.Sc.(N) out of which 12 years should be teaching experience with minimum of 5 years in collegiate programme. Ph.D.(N) is desirable
- Vice Principal Cum Professor: 12 years’ experience with M.Sc.(N) out of which 10 years should be teaching experience with minimum of 5 years in collegiate programme. Ph.D.(N) is desirable
- Professor: 10 years’ experience with M.Sc.(N) out of which 7 years should be teaching experience. Ph.D.(N) is desirable
- Associate Professor: M.Sc. (N) with 8 years’ experience including 5 years teaching experience. Ph.D.(N) desirable
