Well, now I am providing the Post Name with Official Syllabus & Exam Pattern - 

1. Stenographer 

Paper - 1: Dictation and Transcription ( 400 Marks) 

[ Dictation lasting for 6 minutes followed by transcription of notes in candidates on handwriting for an hour ] 

Paper - 2: General English ( 100 Marks)

Time:  1hr 30 min.

Syllabus: spelling, correct use of words, correction of sentence, use of the common phrase, synonyms, antonyms, and punctuation 

Paper -3: Typing in Computer ( 100 Marks ) 

Time: 6 min. 

[ The candidates are required to type from a manuscript accurately on the computer @ not less than 30 Word per minute] 

মনে রাখবেন: ৩ পেপারের  রেজাল্টের উপরে ভিত্তি করে পারসোনালিটি টেস্টে ডাকবে, যেখানে কম্পিউটার অপারেশনের দক্ষতা যাচাই করবে। ফাইনাল প্যানেল তৈরী হবে ৩ পেপারের রেজাল্ট ও পারসোনালিটি টেস্ট, কম্পিউটার অপারেশনের দক্ষতার উপর ভিত্তি করে। 

2. Lower Divisional Clerk

The Examination consisting tow parts - 

Part - 1 ( Preliminary Screen Test ) :

• Total Marks: 100
• No. Of Question: 100
• Question Type: MCQ
• Time: 1 hr 30 min.
• Negative Marks: Yes ( 1 mark shall be reduced for each wrong answer) 

Syllabus: General Knowledge, Mathematics, Computer And English

Part - 2 ( Conventional Type ) : 

• Group A: English ( 50 Marks)
• Group B: Bengali/Nepali/Urdu/ Hindi ( 50 Marks) 

Time: 1 hour

Question Standard: Madhyamik/Secondary Exam

3. Process Server  

• Total Marks: 100
• Total Questions: 100
• Question Type: MCQ
• Time: 1 hr 30 min
• Negative Marks: Yes. ( 1 mark shall be reduced for each wrong answer) 

Syllabus: General Knowledge, Mathematics, Computer And English 

4. English Typist/Copyist/Mapist 

Preliminary Exam ( Objective Type ) 

• Total Marks - 50
• Time: 1 hour

Syllabus: General English - 30 Marks, Current Affairs - 20 Marks

Main Exam ( Type Test ) : 

Every candidate shall be required to type 450 words in 15 minutes from the script of the English passage. [The maximum number of mistakes is  allowable is 5 percent.]

5. Group D ( Peon, Night Guard, Farash, etc ) 

• Written Test: 100 marks
• Time: 1 hr 30 min
• No. Of Question: 100
• Question Type: MCQ
• Question Standard: VIII Class
• Negative Marks: Yes ( 1 mark shall be reduced for each wrong answer) 

Syllabus: Arithmetic, English, Bengali & General Knowledge 

6. Sweeper: Selection on the Basis Of Interview.
