- Medical officer : MBBS form recognised Institution.
- Senior treatment supervisor : Bachelor degree + minimum 2 months computer certificate course + permanent two wheeler driving licence
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory supervisor : Graduate + diploma in medical laboratory Technology + minimum two months computer course + permanent two wheeler driving licence
- Lab Technician : 10+2 Pass with diploma in medical laboratory technology (DMLT) or equivalent
- Tuberculosis health visitor : Graduate/ High Secondary pass with working as MPW/ LHV/ANM health worker + tuberculosis health visitor recognised course + minimum two months computer course
- District PPM coordinator : Post Graduate + one year experience of working in field communication/ health project /ACSM/public private partnership/ programs + permanent two wheeler driving licence
✅ Age Limit ( As of 01/01/2021)
- Medical officer : up to 65 years
- Senior treatment supervisor : 22 to 40 years
- Senior tuberculosis laboratory supervisor : 22 to 40 years
- Laboratory technician: 22 to 40 years
