- Bachelor Degree in any Stream + Degree in Library Science ( As Regular/External/Private Candidate Or through Distance Mode) from Recognized Institutions/University.

- OBC Candidates : 20 to 43 Years
- SC/ST Candidates : 20 to 45 years
- Physical Handicap Candidates: 20 to 48 years.
