- District PMDT and TB /HIVcoordinator : Graduate pass + at least two months certificate course in computer operation + permanent two wheeler driving licence
- Tuberculosis health visitor : Graduate Or, intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/ ANM /LHV/health worker/ certificate for higher course in health education Or, tuberculosis health visitor recognised course + computer certificate ( minimum 2 month)
- General duty medical officer : MBBS
- Psychiatric nurse /Community's nurse : B.Sc in psychiatric nurse / M.Sc in psychiatric nurse GNM course for community nurse.
- Staff Nurse : GNM training course / BSc nursing course
✅ Age Limit ( As of 01/01/2021)
- District PMDT and TB HIV coordinator : 22 to 40 years
- Tuberculosis health visitor : 22 to 40 years
- General duty medical officer: upper age limit 62 years
- Psychiatric nurse / community nurse : up to 40 years
- Staff nurse : upper age limit 64 years
